REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through igorguides.com and is governed by applicable United States and Florida law.
By completing a purchase on our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1. GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW
Igor Guides LLC offers a combination of digital products, online content, services, and physical goods. Due to the nature of what we sell, not all purchases are eligible for refunds or returns.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all sales are considered final once the applicable conditions below are met.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ONLINE CONTENT (NO REFUNDS)
All digital products are final sale.
This includes, but is not limited to: e-books and digital books, downloadable files or PDFs, online courses, programs, workshops, or masterclasses, video or audio recordings, digital memberships or subscription content, and any product delivered electronically or granting immediate access.
Once access has been granted, delivered, or downloaded, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy is consistent with U.S. and Florida consumer law, which does not require refunds for digital goods once delivery or access has occurred.
3. SERVICES, SESSIONS & APPOINTMENTS (NON-REFUNDABLE)
All services, including but not limited to private sessions, consultations, readings, mentorships, and spiritual, intuitive, or personal development services, are non-refundable once booked or delivered.
If a service includes scheduled time, preparation, or reserved availability, that time is considered rendered once booked, regardless of attendance or subjective experience.
No refunds will be issued based on personal dissatisfaction, interpretation of results, expectations or perceived outcomes, or emotional or subjective reactions.
4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS — ALL SALES FINAL
All physical product sales are final.
Igor Guides LLC does not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges for physical products under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in Section 9 (Exchanges) for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, photos, and all available information, and that you accept the item as described.
Product images on this Site are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact item shipped. Variations in color, size, shape, and appearance are inherent to the nature of natural and handcrafted goods and do not constitute grounds for return or dispute.
5. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are final sale under all circumstances and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
Digital products and downloadable content, spiritual guidance sessions, readings, consultations, and all booked services, crystals, stones, and mineral specimens, jewelry and wearable items, books and printed materials, oracle and tarot decks, ritual and ceremonial items, sprays, mists, and liquid products, candles and combustible items, art pieces, original artwork, limited editions, and exclusive creations, custom, commissioned, or made-to-order items, sale or discounted items, gift cards, and health, wellness, or personal care items.
All physical products sold by Igor Guides LLC may carry energetic programming, intentional preparation, or ritual treatment as part of their nature and value. Once a product leaves our possession, its energetic integrity is considered delivered and cannot be reversed, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
These exclusions are consistent with applicable U.S. and Florida consumer law.
6. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY
Igor Guides LLC maintains comprehensive records of all transactions, including but not limited to: order confirmations, accepted Terms of Service and purchase policies at checkout, shipping documentation, carrier tracking numbers, and delivery confirmation for every order shipped.
All shipments are sent with tracking and delivery confirmation where available. This documentation is retained and submitted in full in response to any dispute or chargeback filed.
By completing a purchase on this Site, the buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees that: all sales are final as set forth in this Policy; the buyer has reviewed and accepted these Terms prior to purchase; and no chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute shall be initiated for any order that has been shipped and delivered in accordance with the order placed.
Any chargeback or payment dispute filed in contradiction of this Policy, where the order has been fulfilled and delivered as described, may constitute fraudulent misrepresentation and/or theft of services or goods under applicable state and federal law. Igor Guides LLC reserves the right to respond to all such disputes with full evidentiary documentation and to pursue all available civil and, where applicable, criminal remedies, including recovery of the disputed amount, chargeback fees, attorney’s fees, and costs of collection.
Igor Guides LLC further reserves the right to permanently ban any customer who initiates a fraudulent chargeback from future purchases and to report such conduct to applicable consumer protection and fraud prevention authorities.
7. REFUND PROCESS
Igor Guides LLC does not process refunds except in circumstances expressly permitted under this Policy. There is no general refund request process. All sales are final as described herein.
8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
In the limited circumstances where a refund has been expressly approved in writing by Igor Guides LLC, and you have not received it, please check your bank or credit card statement, contact your payment provider, and contact your bank. If you have completed all steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@igorguides.com.
9. EXCHANGES & SHIPPING DAMAGES
Igor Guides LLC takes every precaution to ensure products are carefully packaged for safe transit. Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier and a tracking number issued, responsibility for transit conditions passes to the carrier. Igor Guides LLC is not liable for damage caused during shipping. Customers who receive visibly damaged shipments should refuse delivery when possible and contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We will only consider an exchange if an item arrives defective due to a verified manufacturing or preparation error on our part. To request consideration of an exchange, email contact@igorguides.com with photos and proof of the defect within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Approved exchanges are for the same item only and are granted solely at our discretion.
10. GIFTS
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, approved exchanges may receive store credit at our sole discretion. If the item was not marked as a gift, any resolution, if approved, will be directed to the original purchaser.
11. RETURN SHIPPING
Igor Guides LLC does not accept unsolicited returns. Any item returned without prior written authorization will not be processed and will not be eligible for refund or exchange. In the rare circumstance that a return is authorized in writing, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, safe packaging, and tracking. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
12. RIGHT TO REFUSE
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this Policy and to deny requests suspected of abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation.
13. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & GOVERNING LAW
This Policy complies with applicable U.S. and Florida consumer laws. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
