Why twenty-one days, and not one
Insight arrives in an instant. Integration does not.
A single session can move something real. But you return to the same life, the same inbox, the same hour of the night where the same thought waits for you. Whatever opened has nothing to hold it.
Twenty-one consecutive days works differently. The energy is not asked to do everything at once. It arrives daily, at the same hour, into a field that is no longer bracing against it. What was resistance on day three is often simply openness by day twelve. What you noticed on day one, you may find you no longer need to notice at all.
This is why the number is not decorative. Three weeks is roughly what it takes for something new to stop being an effort and start being how you are.

I prepare a kit for you and program each piece in my St. Augustine practice, tuned to the current I will be sending. Your 21 days begin only once it is in your hands.
Together the crystals form the arc of the ritual itself: quartz to open, amethyst to hold, tourmaline to ground. Yours to keep, long after the 21 days close.
We meet before day one, for as long as it takes
Your kit is already in your hands when we sit down together. There is no clock on this conversation. We stay until it is done.
I get to know you: what you are carrying, what you are working toward, what you need most from these three weeks. Every question you have gets answered here, including the ones you feel silly asking.
In this same session, I perform a distance chakra alignment using my quantum healing technique, so your field is prepared to receive consistently rather than arriving cold on day one. I teach you the simple grounding exercise you will use to close each day. And together we choose your time, one fixed hour, the same every single day, that will hold for all 21 days.
By the end, nothing is unclear. You know exactly what is about to happen, and why.
Thirty minutes. That is the entire ask.
At your set time, the same hour every day, you stop. You hold your crystal, or place it in front of you, and you rest in that energy for about thirty minutes while I channel to you from my practice.
The hour does not move, and that is the point. A body that receives at the same time each day stops bracing and starts anticipating. The rhythm itself becomes part of the work.
You do not need to concentrate, visualize, or believe anything in particular. You need to be still and willing to receive. That is genuinely all.
When it closes, you do the grounding exercise I taught you. If you fell asleep, which many people do, you simply ground when you wake. Nothing is lost.

You are not receiving this current alone, and neither is the space you receive it in.
Oracular guidance for the six months ahead
Your immersion does not end on day 21. It closes with direction.
What you receive is not a card and a sentence. It is a written body of guidance, drawn from the egregore of Reiki and the masters of this lineage, and articulated through twenty years of reading and interpreting oracular language, held against everything I came to know about your field across 21 days of working in it.
It is built to be returned to. Not read once and filed, but consulted over the six months that follow, as the questions of that season arrive one by one.

“But Does This Actually Work?”
Let me answer this the way I would want it answered for me. Plainly, with no mystique, and without insulting your intelligence.
Start with something you have already lived. You walk into a room where two people have just argued, and no one has to tell you. Someone looks at you from across a restaurant and you turn around before you know why. The phone rings and you know who it is, and roughly what it is about, before you answer.
Nobody finds that strange. Everyone has felt it. We simply have no good word for it, so we call it a hunch and move on with our day.
What physics has quietly been proving
For the last century, physics has been doing something remarkable: demonstrating, with rigor, that reality does not behave the way common sense insists it must.
In 2022, three physicists were awarded the Nobel Prize for their work on entanglement. Two particles, once connected, remain connected. Change one and the other responds, instantly, whether they sit a meter apart or on opposite sides of a galaxy. Distance does not enter the equation. Einstein disliked this so intensely that he called it spooky action at a distance and spent years trying to prove it impossible. He lost the argument. The spooky action is real, it has been confirmed in laboratories, and it is now the foundation of technologies being built as you read this.
I want to be straight with you: no physicist claims this explains Reiki. It does not, and I will not pretend otherwise.
But notice what has happened. For thousands of years, across every culture that has ever existed, human beings described the same thing: that we are connected in ways proximity does not govern, that intention travels, that a mother knows. For most of that time the only available language was spiritual. Now there is a second language, and it belongs to the most precisely tested science we have. Two people climbing different hills, pointing at the same sky.
And Reiki itself has been studied
This is not an unexamined practice. More than 140 papers on Reiki have been published in peer-reviewed journals. A 2025 meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials, covering 661 participants, found a statistically significant improvement in quality of life among people who received Reiki compared with control groups. Several literature reviews have concluded that Reiki outperforms placebo for pain and anxiety.
Now the caveat, which you deserve to hear from me rather than discover later: most of these studies are small, and the medical establishment considers the overall evidence limited and inconclusive. It is not settled science. I am not going to wave a study at you and imply it predicts anything about your particular 21 days, because it does not.
What I can actually tell you
You do not need to understand photosynthesis for a tree to grow. You do not need to explain a sunset to be undone by one. And you do not need to believe a word of this for it to be worth three weeks of your attention.
You need to be open. That is the whole prerequisite. And you need the maturity to know this is not a miracle, because it is not one, and anyone selling you one is selling you something else entirely.
This energy is soft. It is delicate, intentional, and clean. There is no wild catharsis here, no lightning bolt, nothing forced. It arrives at the speed you allow it to. That is precisely why the journal is in your kit: this work tends to surface quietly, in insights and feelings that want somewhere to land, and a page is a better place than the back of your mind.
And if you are already in treatment for something, or already working with a licensed therapist, this does not compete with any of it. It sits alongside. Many people find it makes them steadier in the care they are already receiving, and more present for it.
This Did Not Start Recently
I did not discover this world. I grew up inside it.
In Brazil, the homes I moved through as a child were homes where spirituality and energy work were simply part of the day. Close relatives. Godmothers. People I saw every week. Nobody announced it or made it precious. Someone had a headache and hands were placed on them. Someone was struggling and it was addressed on more than one level. It was as ordinary as cooking, and I absorbed it the way children absorb a language, long before I knew it had a name.
And before any of that, there was something I did not choose. Since childhood, I have received things. Not ghosts, and I want to be precise about that, because it is what people assume. What comes to me are images and information, arriving whole, that later turn out to be true. Sometimes in dreams. Sometimes in the middle of an ordinary afternoon, unannounced and unasked for. I had no name for it then. I have the words now: clairvoyance, clairsentience, claircognizance. Seeing, feeling, and simply knowing without being able to trace the route the knowing took.
This is what I am listening with when I hold your field. It is also why field feedback is built into these 21 days rather than sold as an extra: when something moves in you, it tends to arrive in me.
My formal study began in 2005. I was thirteen, already pulled toward magic and spirituality in a way I could not have explained to anyone, so I did what a boy with that hunger does. I read everything I could reach. What I found went far past the fantasy that first caught my attention. Behind those stories were real practices, kept by real people, for thousands of years. The oracles. Deities, and the beings of light who accompany us, and the disciplines by which human beings have spoken with them across every culture that has ever existed. Intuitive listening. Crystals, and what they are actually for. The power of prayer, studied seriously rather than assumed. Telepathy. Energy healing. The expansion of consciousness as something you train, deliberately, rather than something that merely happens to you.
Twenty years later, I have never put it down.
Years on, a medium told me something I had not gone looking for: that I already carried the gift of healing through my hands, and that I belonged to the egregore of the ascended masters who work through the energy of Reiki. It arrived exactly when I was trying to claim my own essence rather than the life I thought I was supposed to want. I gave that calling a full year, until I became a Reiki Master-Teacher, the level trained not only to channel the energy but to teach and initiate others into it. My lineage in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system traces in an unbroken line back to Mikao Usui himself, through Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata, Phyllis Lei Furumoto, and William Lee Rand. Reiki is not learned from a book. It is transmitted, teacher to student, attunement by attunement, and every practitioner who channels it responsibly can name the hands their own passed through. Mine are named, and the line is unbroken.
Alongside it, in 2020 I completed a Master-level certification in Holistic Therapy, a professional certification rather than an academic degree. In 2021 I earned a Certificate in Energy Medicine through the University of Central Florida's continuing education program, delivered by a provider accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and recognized by the Florida Board of Nursing, and became a member of the Brazilian Society for Integrative, Complementary and Holosystemic Practices.
And the discipline behind this work did not begin with Reiki. For nearly two decades I have been trained in the social and human sciences: a law degree in Brazil, years practicing as an attorney, postgraduate study, and the kind of research that teaches you to hold a claim to account before you make it. That training never left me. It is why I am careful about what I promise, precise about what I say, and unwilling to dress up a feeling as a fact.
Since then I have treated hundreds of people across several countries. Entire families. Animals, plants, and homes. Here in the United States, I have worked with high-performing people who arrived carrying invisible limitations and left with new habits and a different relationship to their own lives.
When I hold your field for 21 days, I am not reaching for a technique I picked up in a weekend certification. I am reaching for a language I have been listening to since I was a kid, and have never stopped listening to since.
A Session Is An Hour. This Is A Passage.
A single session and a 21-day immersion are not the same thing at different lengths. They are different in kind. An hour can open something. Only continuity can carry it. This is everything the immersion holds.
You Are Not Buying Reiki. You Are Choosing a Guide.
Reiki can be found in many places, some of them far less expensive than this. I want to be honest about that, because it matters.
What cannot be found in many places is a particular pair of hands, with a particular history behind them. Twenty years of oracular practice. An unbroken lineage traced to Usui himself. A childhood spent receiving what others could not see, and two decades in the human sciences that taught me to be precise about what I claim and unwilling to promise what I cannot. When you choose this immersion, you are choosing the practitioner as much as the practice, the same way a person chooses a particular therapist, a particular teacher, a particular guide.
If what resonates with you is me, this work, this way of holding it, then you are in the right place. If it is Reiki in general that you are seeking, there are gentler doors, and I will happily point you toward one. Neither answer is wrong. But it is worth knowing which one you are giving.

This is not an entry point, and it is not for everyone. It is for someone who is committed, and who wants something more. Places are limited by design; I hold only a small number of immersions at once, because each one asks for my full attention. This investment level reflects where this work stands today, and it is not a fixed rate held indefinitely into the future.
Begin Your ImmersionDo I need to do anything during my daily session?
Very little. At your set time, make yourself available, ideally somewhere quiet where you will not be disturbed. Hold your crystal or place it in front of you, and simply intend to be open, to authorize and receive. That inner yes is the whole of your part.
What comes after that varies enormously. Many people feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or a deep calm. Others feel very little in the moment and notice the shift in the days that follow. And some receive far more: clients have described dreaming of beings of light tending to them, seeing stars or soft lights, sensing angels or luminous presences drawing near, arriving with a message or an insight. If any of that happens for you, it is wonderful, and it is welcome. If none of it does, that is equally normal. Every field receives in its own way.
What if I fall asleep during a session?
That happens often, and nothing is lost. Simply do your grounding exercise when you wake.
What if I miss a day?
Life happens, and this is not a test you can fail. Reach out and we will talk through it. The current is held for you regardless of whether you managed to sit down for it.
What if I'm in a different time zone?
Together we choose one fixed hour that works for you, and it holds for all 21 days. It does not change from day to day. That consistency is not a scheduling detail; it is part of how the immersion works, which is why we lock it in during your opening session.
Do I keep the ritual kit?
Yes. Every piece is programmed for you, shipped to you, and remains yours long after the 21 days close.
Is this available outside the United States?
At this time, the immersion ships within the United States only, since your programmed ritual kit is an integral part of the daily practice. If you are outside the U.S. and this calls to you, reach out and we will talk.
What if I don't feel much in the first week?
That is common, and it is not a sign that nothing is happening. Some fields are busy at first, or braced, or simply quiet by nature. Energy work often moves underneath awareness before it reaches it, and several clients have described noticing the shift not during a session but weeks later, in how they handled something that used to undo them. The 21 days are built precisely so that the work does not depend on any single day landing dramatically. If the first week feels quiet, tell me, and we stay with it together.
What do people tend to notice months later?
I want to be careful here, because I cannot promise you any particular result, and I would not trust anyone who did. What clients have described, in their own words and anonymously, tends to be quiet rather than cinematic: sleeping more deeply, making a decision they had circled for months, feeling steadier inside a hard season, feeling closer to their own intuition. The closing oracle exists for exactly this reason, to give you something to return to over the six months that follow, so the immersion keeps speaking after the 21 days end.
Do you ever tell someone they're not a good fit?
Yes. Not often, but yes, and I consider it part of doing this honestly. If someone arrives needing a guaranteed outcome, or looking for a substitute for medical or psychological care, or clearly wanting a single session rather than a commitment, I will say so and point them somewhere more fitting, including to a single session with me instead. This work asks for a real yes on both sides. Taking someone's $4,600 when I do not believe it serves them is not something I am willing to do.
Can I receive at a different time each day?
No, and this is by design. You choose one hour, and every one of your 21 days unfolds at that same hour. The fixed rhythm is part of what makes an immersion an immersion rather than twenty-one separate sessions. If your life genuinely cannot hold a consistent daily hour, this may not be the right season for it, and that is worth knowing before you begin.
What if I want to receive overnight, while I sleep?
Many people do, and it is genuinely one of the most restful ways to receive. You simply choose your overnight hour, rest into it, and do your grounding when you wake. The energy meets you whether you are awake for it or not.
Is this a replacement for medical or mental health care?
