Why twenty-one days, and not one
Insight arrives in an instant. Integration does not.
A single session can move something real. But you return to the same life, the same inbox, the same hour of the night where the same thought waits for you. Whatever opened has nothing to hold it.
Twenty-one consecutive days works differently. The energy is not asked to do everything at once. It arrives daily, at the same hour, into a field that is no longer bracing against it. What was resistance on day three can become simple openness by day twelve. What you noticed on day one, you may find you no longer need to notice at all.
This is why the number is not decorative. Three weeks is long enough for a practice to feel less like an effort and more like a rhythm.

Held over 21 consecutive days, Reiki behaves less like a single event and more like a process. It is gentle and loving, and in my experience it moves with a kind of intelligence about where it goes, and when. Here is what happens, from before day one to the close.

Your immersion begins the moment you receive it, wherever you are in the world. No shipping, no waiting on a package. I prepare your materials in my St. Augustine practice and send them to you digitally, ready before your opening session.
We meet before day one, to prepare together
Your materials are already in your inbox when we sit down together for about an hour of conversation and introduction, the space where your immersion truly begins.
I get to know you: what you are carrying, what you are working toward, what you need most from these three weeks. In this same session, I perform a distance chakra alignment using my quantum healing technique, and we choose your fixed hour, the same time every day, that will hold for all 21 days.
This is also where the work itself begins. In my understanding of it, the energy starts working softly on your aura, your field, the subtle layers around your physical body, before it touches a single chakra directly. This is deliberate: a field that opens gradually can actually receive what follows, rather than bracing against it. You may notice very little in this stage, or you may notice a great deal. Both are entirely normal.
By the end of our call, nothing is unclear. You know exactly what is about to happen, and why.
Thirty minutes. That is the entire ask.
At your set time, the same hour every day, you stop. If you have a crystal or object that feels meaningful to you, you can hold it or place it in front of you; if you do not, that is equally fine. You simply rest in that energy for about thirty minutes while I channel to you from my practice, then close with the grounding exercise I taught you. If you fell asleep, which many people do, you simply ground when you wake. Nothing is lost.
Underneath that simple ask, more is happening, as I understand and practice it. Once your field is open, the energy moves gently into each chakra in turn, letting your body, physical and non-physical both, register that life is arriving there again.
As each center activates, the areas of life associated with it in the Reiki tradition tend to come into focus. Harmonizing an energy center is understood to ripple outward into what that center governs. This is often where people start to notice something: a physical sensation, a memory, a piece of a life circumstance that suddenly feels easier to see clearly than it did the week before.
I also recommend staying well hydrated throughout all 21 days. It is a simple practice, and it is good care for any season in which you are giving yourself rest.
From around day three: the emotional and mental layers
Once the physical field and chakras have been gently activated, the work is understood to move with more intention, the way a lotus opens slowly out of the mud: with love, with sensitivity, with purpose. From roughly the third day of the immersion, this same current begins reaching the non-physical bodies as well: mental, emotional, and finally spiritual.
People often describe this as real self-understanding: your own rhythm, your limits, what still hurts, and what in you is ready to grow. It is precisely why I recommend, personally and not as a licensed clinician, that anyone already in traditional therapy, whether with a psychologist, an analyst, or a psychiatrist, continue that work during these 21 days rather than pause it. Many people find this process sits well alongside professional care. It does not replace it.
If the physical, emotional, and mental layers are covered in dust, stress, pain, or negative thought, the light cannot get through. Reiki cleans the window so the sun can shine.

By day 21
Many people describe feeling more at ease by the end of the 21 days, not only in their body, but in whatever circumstance they were moving through when they began. If what you came in wanting was a new habit, a shift in a relationship, or simply more room to breathe, that is often better attuned to your life by the close than it was on day one. Many also feel more connected to their own spirituality: their sense of their angels, their guides, their own inner divinity.
We close with a Zoom session together, where I walk you through your written oracle guidance rather than leave you to read it alone. None of this has to be where it ends, either: Reiki is something people come to love receiving, and many do not want to stop. That is its own conversation, one we can have once these 21 days close.
This is the bridge between you and your own divine self, through Reiki and through the additional techniques I have developed over years of working this way with people I have come to care for deeply. This immersion is never simply Reiki sent from far away. It is that, plus everything else I have built into it.

What I offer in your opening session is a deliberate act: I call in angels and beings of light of the highest order, specifically for this work and for these 21 days, and I direct that invitation to you and to the place where you have chosen to receive: your home, your room, wherever your ritual will live.
Assisting. Protecting. Grounding. Strengthening. Bringing forward whatever is most needed for you, specifically, in this season of your life.
I am only the channel for this invitation. What you have access to, through this immersion, is that intentional calling, held for you throughout the passage.
Oracular guidance for the six months ahead
Your immersion does not end on day 21. It closes with direction, delivered in writing and then walked through together.
What you receive is not a card and a sentence. It is a written body of guidance, drawn from the egregore of Reiki and the masters of this lineage, and articulated through two decades of study and practice with oracular language, held against everything I came to know about your field across 21 days of working in it.
We meet once more, by Zoom, at the close of day 21. I do not simply hand you a document; we go through it together, so nothing in it is left unclear.
It is built to be returned to. Not read once and filed, but consulted over the six months that follow, as the questions of that season arrive one by one.

“But Does This Actually Work?”
Let me answer this the way I would want it answered for me. Plainly, with no mystique, and without insulting your intelligence.
Start with something you have already lived. You walk into a room where two people have just argued, and no one has to tell you. Someone looks at you from across a restaurant and you turn around before you know why. The phone rings and you know who it is, and roughly what it is about, before you answer.
Nobody finds that strange. Everyone has felt it. We simply have no good word for it, so we call it a hunch and move on with our day.
What the research is beginning to show
You are not the first to ask, and you are in good company. Reiki is no longer a fringe curiosity in research. It has been studied in randomized controlled trials, and the results are encouraging.
A 2025 meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials, covering 661 participants, found a statistically significant improvement in quality of life among people who received Reiki compared with control groups. The clearest results came from programs of eight or more sessions, which fits what I see in practice: continuity matters.
Reiki is also being offered in clinical settings. Cancer centers in the United States have begun offering it to patients, and trials in oncology have reported reduced anxiety and pain among people who received it.

What I can actually tell you
You do not need to understand photosynthesis for a tree to grow. You do not need to explain a sunset to be undone by one. And you do not need to believe a word of this for it to be worth three weeks of your attention.
You need to be open. That is the whole prerequisite. And you need the maturity to know this is not a miracle, because it is not one, and anyone selling you one is selling you something else entirely.
This energy is soft. It is delicate, intentional, and clean. There is no wild catharsis here, no lightning bolt, nothing forced. It arrives at the speed you allow it to. That is precisely why your journal is part of this immersion: this work tends to surface quietly, in insights and feelings that want somewhere to land, and a page is a better place than the back of your mind.
And if you are already in treatment for something, or already working with a licensed therapist, this does not compete with any of it. It sits alongside. Many people find it makes them steadier in the care they are already receiving, and more present for it.
This Did Not Start Recently
Growing up inside it
I did not discover this world. I grew up inside it.
I was a sensitive child, and I was fortunate in the people around me. Several of my close relatives were open to a kind of knowledge most people never encounter growing up: prayer, energy work, the unseen, treated as simply another part of life. One of my godmothers, an aunt, both gave and received Reiki for as long as I can remember, and I watched it happen the way other children watch their parents cook dinner. My paternal grandmother was a declared medium, and she was the one who first confided in me, quietly, about the power she carried in her own prayer.
And before any of that, there was something I did not choose. Since childhood, I have received things. Not ghosts, and I want to be precise about that, because it is what people assume. What comes to me are images and information, arriving whole, that later turn out to be true. Sometimes in dreams. Sometimes in the middle of an ordinary afternoon, unannounced and unasked for. I had no name for it then. I have the words now: clairvoyance, clairsentience, claircognizance. Seeing, feeling, and simply knowing without being able to trace the route the knowing took.
This is what I am listening with when I hold your field. It is also why field feedback is built into these 21 days rather than sold as an extra: when something moves in you, it tends to arrive in me.
Study, calling and lineage
My formal study began in 2005. I was thirteen, already pulled toward magic and spirituality in a way I could not have explained to anyone, so I did what a boy with that hunger does. I read everything I could reach.
What I found went far past the fantasy that first caught my attention. Behind those stories were real practices, kept by real people, for thousands of years. The oracles. Deities, and the beings of light who accompany us, and the disciplines by which human beings have spoken with them across every culture that has ever existed. Intuitive listening. Crystals, and what they are actually for. The power of prayer, studied seriously rather than assumed. Telepathy. Energy healing. The expansion of consciousness as something you train, deliberately, rather than something that merely happens to you. Twenty years later, I have never put it down.
Years on, a medium told me something I had not gone looking for: that I already carried the gift of healing through my hands, and that I belonged to the egregore of the ascended masters who work through the energy of Reiki. It arrived exactly when I was trying to claim my own essence rather than the life I thought I was supposed to want. I gave that calling a full year, until I became a Reiki Master-Teacher, the level trained not only to channel the energy but to teach and initiate others into it.
My lineage in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system traces in an unbroken line back to Mikao Usui himself, through Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata, Phyllis Lei Furumoto, and William Lee Rand. Reiki is not learned from a book. It is transmitted, teacher to student, attunement by attunement, and every practitioner who channels it responsibly can name the hands their own passed through. Mine are named, and the line is unbroken.
Training and credentials
I began working with clients professionally in 2020, and that same year I completed a Master-level certification in Holistic Therapy, a professional certification rather than an academic degree.
In 2021 I earned a Certificate in Energy Medicine through the University of Central Florida's continuing education program, delivered by a provider accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and recognized by the Florida Board of Nursing, and became a member of the Brazilian Society for Integrative, Complementary and Holosystemic Practices.
Before this became my work, I spent years as an attorney in Brazil. It taught me to listen closely to people and to be careful about what I promise, which is also why I will not dress up a feeling as a fact.
The work itself
Since I began working professionally in 2020, I have guided hundreds of people across several countries. Entire families. Animals, plants, and homes. Here in the United States, I have worked with high-performing people who arrived carrying invisible limitations, and who describe new habits and a different relationship to their own lives.
In the lineage I work within: Usui Sensei, Hilarion of the Seventh Ray, and the current they still hold.
You Are Not Buying Reiki. You Are Choosing a Guide.
Reiki can be found in many places, some of them far less expensive than this. I want to be honest about that, because it matters.
What cannot be found in many places is a particular pair of hands, with a particular history behind them. Two decades of study and personal practice in oracular and spiritual work, and professional work with clients since 2020. A lineage traced to Usui himself. A childhood spent receiving what others could not see, and a habit of being precise about what I claim and unwilling to promise what I cannot. Questions About The 21-Day Reiki Immersion
Do I need to do anything during my daily session?
Very little. At your set time, make yourself available, ideally somewhere quiet where you will not be disturbed. If you like, hold a crystal or object that feels meaningful to you, though it is not required. Simply intend to be open, to authorize and receive. That inner yes is the whole of your part.
What comes after that varies enormously. Many people feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or a deep calm. Others feel very little in the moment and notice the shift in the days that follow.
Some receive far more: clients have described dreaming of beings of light tending to them, seeing stars or soft lights, sensing angels or luminous presences drawing near, arriving with a message or an insight. If any of that happens for you, it is wonderful, and it is welcome. If none of it does, that is equally normal. Every field receives in its own way.
How do time zones and scheduling work?
Together we choose one fixed hour that works for you, in your own time zone, during your opening session. It holds for all 21 days and does not change from day to day. That consistency is not a scheduling detail. It is part of how the immersion works, which is why we lock it in at the start.
Since everything is delivered digitally and by distance, the immersion is available to clients anywhere in the world, inside or outside the United States.
If your life genuinely cannot hold a consistent daily hour, this may not be the right season for it, and that is worth knowing before you begin.
What if I want to receive overnight, while I sleep?
Many people do, and it is genuinely one of the most restful ways to receive. You simply choose your overnight hour, rest into it, and do your grounding when you wake. The energy meets you whether you are awake for it or not.
What if I fall asleep during a session?
That happens often, and nothing is lost. Simply do your grounding exercise when you wake.
What if I miss a day?
Life happens, and this is not a test you can fail. Reach out and we will talk through it. The current is held for you regardless of whether you managed to sit down for it.
Do I keep the digital materials?
Yes. Your journal, ritual guide, and grounding audio are yours to keep and return to for as long as you like, long after the 21 days close.
What happens in the closing session?
At the end of day 21, we meet once more by Zoom. I walk you through your written oracle guidance in person rather than leaving you to read it alone, and we talk through what came up for you across the 21 days. It is not a lengthy session. It is a clean close to what the immersion opened.
What if I don't feel much in the first week?
That is common, and it is not a sign that nothing is happening. Some fields are busy at first, or braced, or simply quiet by nature. Energy work often moves underneath awareness before it reaches it, and several clients have described noticing the shift not during a session but weeks later, in how they handled something that used to undo them.
The 21 days are built so that the work does not depend on any single day landing dramatically. If the first week feels quiet, tell me, and we stay with it together.
What do people tend to notice months later?
I want to be careful here, because I cannot promise you any particular result, and I would not trust anyone who did. What clients have described, in their own words and anonymously, tends to be quiet rather than cinematic: sleeping more deeply, making a decision they had circled for months, feeling steadier inside a hard season, feeling closer to their own intuition.
The closing oracle exists for exactly this reason, to give you something to return to over the six months that follow, so the immersion keeps speaking after the 21 days end.
For this price, shouldn't I just get attuned and practice Reiki myself?
If that road calls you, walk it. Sincerely. I hold the Master-Teacher level myself, so I could initiate others, though it has never been where my own calling points; my teaching heart lives in philosophy, spirituality, and metaphysics rather than in training practitioners. Either way, I would never talk someone out of a path that is genuinely theirs. But receiving and training are not the same thing, and it is worth being clear about why.
Training makes you a practitioner. That is a beautiful, lifelong road, and it starts slowly: a Level One attunement gives you the ability to channel, and then come the years of daily practice, thirty minutes per hand position, before real sensitivity develops. It is a vocation, not a shortcut.
This immersion is not a vocation. It is being carried through a particular season of your life, right now, by someone who has already walked those years. There is also something the tradition has long recognized: when you place hands on yourself, you are channeling and receiving at once, divided between both roles. Receiving from another practitioner lets you do only one thing, which is surrender completely. That is where the deeper work tends to happen.
Attunement gives you the ability to channel. It does not give you years of experience reading fields, a lineage traced to Usui, the oracular practice behind your closing guidance, or someone holding the current for you while you simply rest. Those are the things you are actually choosing here.
And if, after these 21 days, you find that this world is one you want to practice rather than only receive, I will happily point you toward teachers I trust. That is a good outcome, not a lost one.
Do you ever tell someone they're not a good fit?
Yes. Not often, but yes, and I consider it part of doing this honestly. If someone arrives needing a guaranteed outcome, or looking for a substitute for medical or psychological care, or clearly wanting a single session rather than a commitment, I will say so and point them somewhere more fitting, including to a single session with me instead. This work asks for a real yes on both sides. Taking someone's $2,300 when I do not believe it serves them is not something I am willing to do.
What is your refund policy?
If the immersion isn't right for you, you may request a refund within the first three days of your sessions beginning. The refund covers the program fee less a participation and startup fee, which accounts for your opening session and the digital materials already prepared for you, both of which are yours regardless. After that window, the program is non-refundable, given its personalized and time-committed nature.
I'll send you the complete policy in writing before you commit, so everything is clear and in front of you before any decision is made.
